Before commencing any project, I, Komal, as the Founder and Creator of The Pattern Mark, will provide a formal Agreement/Contract to be signed by both parties. This Agreement will outline all project details, including the client/partner’s full name, contact information, project scope, service deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Both Parties agree that any materials, designs, strategies, or documents shared during the project, must remain strictly confidential.

The Designer (Komal/The Pattern Mark) will not disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose outside the scope.

All work created by the Designer during the project—including designs, prints, patterns, mockups, brand guidelines, tech packs, or any other deliverables will become the exclusive property of the Client once the full payment is completed.

The Client may use the work freely/multiple times without any restrictions.

The Designer will follow the client’s requirements, specifications, and brand direction to the best of her ability and communicate clearly throughout the project.

However, the Designer does not guarantee or warrant that the delivered work/designs will result in increased sales, profits, or any specific business outcomes expected results. The Designer’s responsibility is limited solely to providing the agreed-upon creative services.

The project timeline, final delivery date, and milestone deadlines will be clearly stated in the Agreement/Contract provided.

The Agreement will be considered valid and enforceable once signed by both the Designer and the Client, along with the date of signature.
